I was born in Fort Smith and spent my entire life living in either Fort Smith or Van Buren. Growing up here in the 80’s this was a different world, I believed anything was possible and began a lifelong fascination with improving and building things to make the world around me better. We would get into fights, wreck our bikes, and sleep over at whoever’s house we happen to be closest to when it got dark. That freedom became a fundamental part of who I am.
The magic of that era may have diminished but the desire for building amazing things from tree forts, to bike ramps is still a part of who I am. When others just want beige walls and linoleum floors I’m building hidden bookcase doors and spiral staircases. This desire to build eventually led me to becoming a real estate investor and investing in properties all over Fort Smith.
My unique designs and styles helped me to grow a huge online audience of followers and I began educating others how to invest and buy properties or just do basic household maintenance to save money. I literally reach millions every month and have shared the economic opportunity of fort smith with people all over the world. In fact in 2025 we relocated 6 families from other areas into fort smith.
Despite my love of the community and my optimism I’m well aware of the problems facing our city. Many of these problems can be rooted to a couple of fundamental problems in the way our city operates. This is why my primary focus is on eliminating the appointed city administrator position and replacing it with a mayoral form of government. To get a vote on this will require completing a small petition and getting the vote to turn out in favor of the change. Contact us if you are interested in signing the petition.
Major issues facing the city like homelessness, overspending, flood waters, and excessive red tape for starting businesses or renovating properties will be much easier to handle with a mayor who answers directly to the voters instead of an appointed administrator who won’t even answer the phone or take complaints seriously.
We need a mayor that is willing to set businesses free to develop and grow to hire people, someone willing to embrace and guide growth towards our most important areas such as our entertainment and historic districts. We need someone who knows when to help and when to get out of the way.
The citizens of Fort Smith are some of the kindest, most helpful, and hardest working people in this nation. People we relocate have loved it here primarily for exactly this reason.
If you believe in our city and want a brighter and more accountable future please consider making a small donation or buying some of our merchandise to help the Vampire Mayor.
